COA-CH is a coaching platform for fitness and nutrition that connects coaches and clients, provides AI-assisted workout and meal planning, tracking, scheduling, and related tools. Features may change over time.
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.
COA-CH provides general fitness and nutrition information, including AI-generated plans. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are injured. You use plans at your own risk. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed by a qualified coach.
Coaches are independent professionals responsible for the plans and advice they provide to their clients. COA-CH provides the platform but is not a party to the coaching relationship and does not guarantee any particular result.
Paid plans, AI credits, and (where offered) marketplace and coach payments are processed through Stripe and billed in the currency shown at checkout, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Credits included in a subscription expire at the end of the billing period; purchased credit packs expire per the terms shown at purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating laws; infringing others’ rights; uploading harmful or unlawful content; attempting to breach security; scraping; or reselling the Service without authorisation.
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by COA-CH and its licensors. Content you create remains yours; you grant us a licence to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, certain provisions survive (e.g. payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability).
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COA-CH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI-generated content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of [COMPANY JURISDICTION] have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise. Questions? Email support@getcoachai.app.
